AR and AP aging buckets (0-30 / 31-60 / 61-90 / 90+).

Coming soon. The schema (qb_aging_facts) is in place; the fetcher and UI ship in a follow-up. The QBO endpoints we'll call are AgedReceivables and AgedPayables.
